Shaanxi YTBIO Biotechnology Co., Ltd., established in 2014, focuses on the research and development and production of organic plant extracts, cosmetic raw materials, and health foods. Products cover various dosage forms including capsules, soft capsules, gummies, tablets, and solid beverages.
The company headquarters currently has over 100 employees, covering all aspects of R&D, production, quality inspection, sales, and logistics.
Our own factory is located in the Weinan Economic and Technological Development Zone, boasting a professional health food production base of over 10,000 square meters, and includes an R&D center and an analytical testing center. The core area of the factory is a 100,000-level cleanroom that meets GMP requirements. Production equipment and the workshop environment are configured according to national standards, and every process is executed under controlled conditions.
We have established a complete quality management system covering supplier audits, raw material intake, production process control, and finished product release. Raw materials are preferentially selected from well-known domestic and international suppliers. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing before production. With advanced testing instruments and an experienced technical team, all required tests are completed before each batch leaves the factory to ensure product safety, stability, and efficacy consistency
