Preparation Method

(1) After removing the impurities such as husk, charred particles, sand and soil, the soybean oil residue is crushed and the fine particles passing through a 40-mesh sieve are collected.
(2) 200 g of oil residue and 2000 g of n-hexane are added to a fat extractor composed of a reflux condenser, an extractor and a flask for 1 hour of extraction. The extracted oil residue is dried at 60-70°C for 1 hour to remove the residual solvent.
(3) 100 g of the extracted oil residue is mixed with 1000 ml of 13% sodium hydroxide solution, heated to 50°C in a water bath, and extracted for about 1 hour under constant stirring.
(4) The extract is filtered under reduced pressure, the filtrate is retained, and the residue is further extracted with a 10% sodium hydroxide solution. The amount of sodium hydroxide solution added is 10 times the weight of the residue, the extraction temperature is 50°C, and the extraction time is 30-45 minutes.
(5) The secondary extract is filtered under reduced pressure, and the filtrates obtained from the two extractions are combined for extracting soybean protein. Add 10% sodium hypochlorite solution 3 times the weight of the residue to the residue, and adjust the pH value of the mixture to 10-11. Stir at room temperature for 40 minutes to decolorize the residue.
(6) Filter the decolorized liquid under reduced pressure, discard the filtrate, wash the residue with pure water at 40-50°C until the washing liquid is neutral, and then filter under reduced pressure. Wash the residue with ethanol and acetone once each and then drain.
(7) Dry the drained residue in a vacuum oven at 80°C for 1 hour to a moisture content of less than 8%, cool to room temperature and grind. The ground material is sieved through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a light yellow, slightly fragrant powdered soybean polysaccharide.
