Preparation method
Step I: 3-aminopropionitrile reacts with sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide aqueous solution at 96 to 100°C, hydrochloric acid is added to adjust the pH value, and the crystals are concentrated and crystallized.
Step 2: Take the crystals obtained in step I and add methanol to dissolve, and filter and collect the filtrate.
Step 3: Take the filtrate obtained in step 2 and add 732 type calcium ion exchange resin to carry out ion exchange reaction, and collect the reaction liquid.
Step 4: Take the reaction liquid obtained in step 3 and add D-pantothenic acid lactone to carry out acylation reaction, crystallize at -15 to -10°C, and dry to obtain D-pantothenic acid calcium; wherein the molar ratio of the 3-aminopropionitrile to sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide is 1:1.1 to 1.4, and the molar ratio of the 3-aminopropionitrile to D-pantothenic acid lactone is 1:1 to 1.1; the pH value is adjusted to 8.5 to 9.5 by adding hydrochloric acid in step I.
