Production Method

1. Take 1kg of ground sedge root powder, moisten it with 0.6L 5% Na2CO3 solution, let it stand for 2h, and dry it to allow the plant tissue to fully absorb the alkali solution. Then soak it in 1.5L benzene for 3 days and filter it. Soak the residue in benzene for another 2 days. After filtering, soak it again with the same amount of benzene. Collect and combine the benzene solution three times and extract it with 10% hydrochloric acid. During the acid extraction process, a large amount of white porridge-like material precipitates, which is very easy to emulsify. The benzene solution is extracted with acid until it does not contain alkaloids. The extracted acid solution is alkalized with saturated Na2CO3 solution, and the alkalized solution is extracted with chloroform 4 times. The chloroform extracts are combined and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. Chloroform is recovered by distillation to obtain a light yellow foamy total alkaloid weighing about 17.5g. The total alkali is then dissolved in 35ml acetone and left for 2h. White needle-shaped crystals can be precipitated. Filter it, wash it once with a small amount of acetone, and dry it to obtain 1.8g of cyclamenine.
2. Take the above acetone mother liquor and add 2.5 ml of benzene, let it stand overnight, precipitate columnar crystals, filter, wash once with acetone, and dry to obtain 6.8 g of cephalaenopsis benzene adduct. Then dissolve it in chloroform, pass it through an alumina chromatography column (3 g of alumina for 1 g of alkaloid), concentrate it, filter and dry the precipitate to obtain a light yellow foamy amorphous powder, which is cephalaenopsis.
