Hemp seed protein is mainly composed of edestin (hemp seed globulin) and albumin. Edestin is the main storage protein, accounting for approximately 60%–86% of the total protein, while albumin accounts for about 25%.
Amino Acid Composition

Among them, the content of arginine, methionine, and cysteine is particularly noteworthy.
